STADEN PACKAGE
Package for DNA sequence preprocessing, assembly and editing.

- This package is installed on the local
emu server. The program is started by typing command bash to put you in bash from any directory. Next execute the command source /usr/local/bin/staden.start.bash to initialize the package. Then start the program you need (ex: pregap or gap4) from the same command line.
