Use this web site if you need to determine that your induced cells really are pluripotent. You will need to upload .IDAT file from Illumina's whole-genome expression array (Illumina HT12v3 or HT12v4) which can be ordered from our Microarray/Q-PCR shared resource.

Along with the accompanying Nature Methods paper (http://www.nature.com/nmeth/journal/v8/n4/full/nmeth.1580.html), this website is now a great success. It has ~150 registered users and ~2000 arrays of uploaded stem cell data.
