Shelx is a set of programs for structure determination from X-ray crystallography. This program was originally (est 1960's) only for small molecules, but has since gained usage for macromolecules (especially for MAD, SIR and SAD data).

The program is installed on the emu server. The various shelx programs are run from the unix command line. They are available from any directory.
